Gabi Salimi started his wealth management career as a Vice President at JP Morgan Private Bank in 2010. In the post-Great Recession years, Gabi was able to fine tune and execute on his ability to develop deep personal relationships with clients, as well as earn the trust of those clients using his advisory skills to make sure the products and services recommended had purpose and drove towards achieving a goal that was in line with the client’s expectations, and not what was best for the firm’s bottom line.
Gabi also worked as a Vice President at The Northern Trust, a Director at BMO Private Bank as well as at Fifth Third Private Bank. By working at these larger firms and having an outstanding experience at each, developing a deeper knowledge of credit structuring and portfolio construction he realized he can bring more value to his client’s and continue to serve them more holistically by creating Watchtower Wealth. Our platform allows us to bring the expertise and resources of a larger wealth management firm to a bigger swath of the population without jeopardizing our goals and relationships with our clients. Gabi’s family now, as well as growing up in Flint, MI, has always been charitably inclined and believe giving back to the community at large is just as important as helping clients realize their goals and objectives. Aside from annual family charitable giving, Gabi is also on the Board of the Anti-Defamation League, Jewish United Fund, and a member at the Standard Club.
